Unwinding mechanism: hydrolytic
TISSUE REACTION: minimal
RESORPTION TIME: loss of 50% strength – in 14 days, complete resorption – 35-40 days.

ADVANTAGES
The thread is very easy to manipulate and holds the knot securely. Due to its accelerated resorption, the suture quickly disappears from the surgical wound area, which eliminates the need to remove sutures and does not interfere with wound healing.

INDICATIONS
It is used for soft tissue approximation in cases where 14 days is sufficient for adequate wound healing and/or when the suture remains in the tissues for more than 35-40 days may adversely affect the regeneration processes.
