ADVANTAGES

Uniflex monofilament is characterized by the highest biocompatibility among surgical sutures. It is durable, atraumatic, non-capillary, non-fusible, and does not lose strength under the influence of tissue fluids. PVDF has high rates of thrombosis resistance. Uniflex monofilament is softer and more flexible than polypropylene monofilament, which results in a lesser “memory” effect.
